I work for a pipeline these days (no cheap jokes please) and so I have to conform to federally mandated standards of behavior. (Not on my own time, I hasten to assure you. But I digress. Which will happen.)

Anyway, we all had to take on online training course from our Ethics & Compliance office, and here's the first thing they ask me:

"Do you personally and actively engage in transmission functions on a day-to-day basis?"

Dude! Is that really any of your business?
